Previously, Haus Collective Interior's digital presence lacked cohesion, was difficult to navigate, and didn't fully communicate the depth of the brand's design perspective or value. Haus Collective's social presence didn't reflect the caliber of work being done inside the studio. The feed read more like a portfolio archive than a brand. There was a point of view, but it wasn't coming through. The voice lacked cohesion, the messaging didn't communicate the depth of Heather's design perspective, and the level of beauty and expertise the studio actually delivered was being left on the table. For a firm working at the top of its market, the social presence wasn't matching the work. And Heather, the founder whose taste and judgment drive every project, was largely absent from her own brand.

We started with immersion. A deep brand audit, a competitive analysis across high-end interior studios, and a close read of what Heather's audience actually responds to. The diagnosis was clear. Haus Collective wasn't being treated like a brand. It was being treated like a portfolio. And portfolios don't build audiences. We rebuilt the social strategy around a funnel-driven content mix: 40% expert insight Editorial content that positions Heather as a voice in luxury interior design. 30% social-first content Shareable, engaging work that expands reach and builds the tribe. 30% bottom-of-funnel Clear calls to action that turn followers into qualified inquiries.  Every shoot is mapped to that mix before we set foot on location. We brought Heather to the forefront, and rebuilt the graphic system to speak directly to the luxury market she serves.

The work for Haus is a clear example of what happens when a brand finally catches up to the work it's already producing. Heather's studio has been operating at the top of the market for years. The social presence just needed to get there too. Twelve weeks in, the brand the audience sees matches the brand Heather has been building all along.
